Salt & Fettle is a considered café in Lincoln, directly opposite Lincoln station, serving speciality coffee, breakfast, lunch, crafted drinks and something sweet.

Our food is built around whole ingredients, careful preparation and the art of better eating. Our space is calm, warm and quietly a creative place to pause, work, meet, refuel and feel properly looked after.

Salt is elemental. Vital, healing, foundational. It brings out what's already there.

Fettle is a quieter word. It means to attend to something with care. To make it right.

Together, they describe how we approach everything: the food, the space, the details you might not notice but would miss if they were gone.

We believe you shouldn't have to choose between food that's good for you and food that genuinely excites you.

Our menu is short by design. Seasonal by conviction. Every dish is a composition, balanced, oven-crafted, made from whole ingredients sourced as close to Lincoln as we can manage.
